Navigating the storms of life with

Taking the listener along on a deeply personal and relatable story of a time in our life while I was in a very dark place, we explore the journey of how I managed to emerge on the other end. The goal is to remind your audience that life is a continuous cycle of ups and downs, and the key to navigating the "downs" is shifting your focus toward gratitude and cultivating a positive mindset. When you do, everything begins to change. The audience will experience an entertaining and inspiring story of running the 2018 Boston Marathon in a monsoon, one of the worst weather conditions in Marathon history. I ran in honor of the hospital that saved my daughter’s life, and along the way, I share valuable lessons learned at each mile marker. The narrative explores themes such as letting go of expectations, embracing the blisters, maintaining the right energy, conquering your "heartbreak hill," surrounding yourself with the right people, and finding joy in the journey, no matter what it is you're pursuing.
